About Me

Alan
Having never run in my life (apart from a few cross-country runs at school) I took up running in 2007. Since then have completed two marathons, four half marathons and several 5k and 10k races for charity: Beating Bowel Cancer, Practical Action, Cancer Research, Cure Parkinsons, Asthma UK, UNICEF and CLIC Sargent). I'm 45 years old and live with my wife North of London.
