Lazy morning at Crystal Palace

Feeling a bit tired and sore after yesterday's efforts in Greenwich, so a nice lazy lap and a half around Crystal Palace Park this morning.

Just under 3 miles to add to my total which now stands at 46 miles for October and 439 for 2009.
